Visiting our Studio
Our team is well setup to work from home and if the need arises, our studio may be unattended during regular business hours. If we need to, we will transition to a islolated producution schedule to complete physical components of our projects overnight, staying home during the day to minimise our impact.
This will not affect customers that book in appointments for dropoffs and collections. We will arrange to meet you at the studio if required. Please don’t visit if you are unwell.
As always, please don’t show up unannounced.
Please call or email when possible: We enjoy face to face interactions but in the current circumstances will be relying on email and phone conversations as much as possible.
Dropshipping and Deliveries
To help Australia Post support their local posties, we’re sending all our packages as “authority to leave” parcels, helping to reduce the spread of the virus.
If you specifically need signature on delivery, please let us know, however, in specific circumstances, Australia Post will not seek signatures on deliveries. You can find out more about what Australia Post is doing on their website.
Hygiene in the Studio
Due to the nature of our work, we already maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in our studio. We use cotton gloves to handle prints and packaging materials. We also wipe down surfaces and equipment regularly to minimise dust, dirt and other nasties.
As a precautionary measure, we have increased the frequancy of our cleaning routine to reduce the spread of bugs.
