Why we point people at Google rather than our own testimonials page
Any studio can publish a page of praise about itself. A quote with a first name under it proves nothing, because nothing stops the studio from writing it.
Reviews on a Google Business Profile are harder to fake and easier to check: they are attached to accounts, they can be responded to publicly but not edited by us, and the unflattering ones sit alongside the rest. That is why this page pulls from there rather than from a folder of testimonials, and why we would rather you clicked through and read the lot - including anything critical - than take a curated selection at face value.
If something was not right
Tell us before you tell Google, and we will try to fix it. Reprints, remakes and refunds are not a negotiation to us - printing and framing are craft processes with real failure modes, and a studio that never has to remake anything is a studio that is not being told. Get in touch and we will sort it out.
