If you call about a new project, you’ll be asked to book a visit or call back to make sure the most experienced person is available to talk to you about your enquiry.

Ensuring our time is allocated for an efficient workflow allows us to continue producing exceptional results, cost-effectively.

Depending on the project, our consultations take up to 1 hour. Arriving unannounced interrupts other clients, disrupts our workflow and results in a long wait that can be avoided.

Our standard, indicative turnaround times are provided below.

Printing: 3-5 Days
Artwork: 7-21 Days
Digitisation: 7-21 Days
Restoration:

If you have an urgent request, rush fees may be applied to cover the additional cost of our team working late.

A minimum project fee of $100 and a surcharge of 50-100% (depending on your request and our workload) applies for a guaranteed turnaround window.

We can print up to 150cm wide. The largest print we’ve created for a client is 150cm x 350cm.

Paper stock choices for prints larger than 110cm is limited. Please get in touch is you plan on printing larger than 110cm wide.

Your files should be sized to their final print size (including any borders) at 300ppi, in RGB and saved as either a flattened TIFF or high quality JPEG.

We print on a Canon PRO-2000 (24″) & PRO-6000 (60″) using genuine Canon LUCIA PRO inks.

If you’ve booked a consultation, it will be lead by the person you talked to when you visited.

To manage our team’s skills, workload and experience, parts of your project may be completed by other team members to ensure your project is delivered cost-effectively, to the highest quality and on time.

Your project will be reviewed by your project lead before delivery.

We’ve had a few instances of viruses and malware being recognised on client provided USB devices.

Although we use Apple computers which are known to be less susceptible to cyberattacks with virus protection installed, we’re conscious of the significant impact a rouge file can have on the integrity of our client files.

We work with valuable art prints and private photos. We take things pretty seriously when it comes to print destruction.

All proofs and miss-prints are destroyed by Shred-X, a certified secure destruction company before being recycled.

Sending things to us?

If you’re planning to send physical objects to us, please ensure you’ve packed it well, use a tracked shipping method and let us know what we should be expecting.
If you’re unsure of the best way to pack for shipping, Pack & Send have a good reputation for packaging items for transport.

Large items by courier

Parcels and large packages should be sent directly to our studio with a signature on delivery request.
