Can you deliver prints and original objects?

Yes! We can deliver prints and original objects including artwork, film and photos across Australia and Internationally for our clients.

Minimum Project Cost

We have a minimum project cost of $60 applies to digitisation projects.

Do you offer Dropshipping Integrations?

No, we don’t currently offer drop-shipping intergrations for 3rd party ecommerce platforms but it’s something we’ve been working on.

We’re not a volume printer and value quality over quantity. It takes an exceptional team to make uncompromising prints. We’re trying to work that part out.

Are your files setup for print?

If your files are not setup for print or you would like us to review your files for the best possible print result, we can help you with this. This service starts from $35 per 15 minutes.

General Information covers information about how we work and our printing services. Our print consulting rates apply to advice specific to your photos and images.

Our consulting rates for confirming, setting up and editing print files range from $160 to $260/hr.

Urgent Projects: Our standard turnaround times are indicative.

If you have an urgent request, rush fees are applied to cover the additional cost of our team working late and on weekends. A minimum project fee of $120 and a surcharge of 50-250% applies to guaranteed turnaround windows.

We generally don't accept USB devices. As part of our Information security management (ISO 27001) certification requirements, all client-supplied media devices require security verification. Additional costs ($60+) and lead times (5+ days) apply.

If you don't have an existing cloud service to send larger files, you can use a free service such as WeTransfer (Click the [...] button to get a transfer link.)
