We’re reviewing our pricing to help us continue to invest in our team, services, clients, community and environment.
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to work smarter, to find cost savings, and to reduce administrative burden.
Our pricing review is focused on reducing costs for those who are self-sufficient in their workflow, accounting for 75% of our clients.
Why are we making these changes?
We’ve worked hard to make printing and digitisation accessible to anyone looking for high-quality print and digitisation, regardless of their skill level. Our clients include professional creatives printing artworks, everyday people with personal photos and students printing for the first time.
Our 2026 pricing restructure is focused on creating an affordable printing option for professionals providing ready-to-print files, while still offering the same level of support to those who need some or a lot of help to create high quality, professional prints.
How will this affect you?
Ordering online will save you a minimum of 10% on our new pricing. This saving reflects the time it saves us processing manual orders.
Our base print pricing will increase for the first time in 2 years: Most of our existing clients will see a price rise of less than 3% when ordering online. Changes to our loyalty discount structure will mean that bigger ongoing discounts are more accessible to those who print often.
More online framing options: Changes to our framing options will bring additional options and more affordable framing to our clients.
Artwork Reproduction: We are working on adjusting our artwork reproduction pricing to match our digitisation pricing structure. With discounts applied for practising artists.
For our photo digitisation and restoration clients: We’re working on more affordable digitisation options for family photos. No price changes are planned for our high-resolution digitisation and restoration services.
When will these changes apply?
Our base print pricing will update across our website from Monday, 16th. New pricing and discount structures for online orders will apply from March 1st.
